PRISM's Diversity Xpress™ and Cross Cultural Xpress™ learning programs assist organizations and employees in addressing essential organizational and business topics. Through 12 carefully constructed, business-related, interactive, bite-sized, 10-20 minute discussions, managers and supervisors can utilize these learning topics during their staff or team building meetings.  Each topic makes for an engaging, job-relevant conversation that builds a foundation for diversity, inclusion and cross-cultural confidence and competence.

PRISM Diversity Knowledge Map

A colorful, 3' x 6' visual draws employees into a 90-minute experience that engages them in discussions and exercises to build their understanding and commitment to diversity and inclusion. A Discussion Coach, the materials, and the participants themselves guide the learning. The understanding that employees gain will be shared and retained long after the session has ended...because they are so involved! That is why employees reach higher levels of understanding the impact of diversity and inclusion in a shorter period of time - and why they commit to changing their behaviors and interactions with team members and customers. PRISM's Diversity Discussion Starter™ series are 14 carefully constructed, business-related, 45 minute diversity discussions that leaders can utilize with staff during team meetings.

Each of the Diversity Discussion Starters™ makes for an engaging and job-relevant conversation that position diversity as a continuing critical business issue rather than a one-time training event. The easy-to-follow Meeting Leader's Guide provides managers with scripts for conducting diversity conversations at team meetings. Reproducible worksheets give employees a format for participating in the activities.
